Privacy Policy

Secure 1 Financial Solutions, LLC ("we", "us", "our") is an independent insurance agency owned by Donald Amsler and based at 430 Sheldon Rd, Valencia, PA 16059. We are licensed insurance producers and offer insurance products only — fixed and fixed indexed annuities, immediate income annuities, indexed universal life and other life insurance, and related retirement income, estate and legacy planning education. We are licensed in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Texas, New Jersey and Maryland. We do not offer securities, brokerage services or assets-under-management advisory services. This policy covers this marketing website and the booking funnel that runs on it, including the intake form, the scheduling page and the confirmation page.

Information you give us. What you type into our intake form and scheduler: your name, email address, telephone number, age or retirement timeline, state of residence, the approximate value and type of your retirement savings and other assets, your income goals, and anything else you choose to tell us. We also keep notes taken before, during and after your consultation call, and any documents or statements you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our site and our analytics and advertising tools may record your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, the pages you view, how long you stay, what you click, and advertising click identifiers passed in the URL such as Meta's fbclid and Google's gclid, together with cookie identifiers.

Scheduling information. When you book, our scheduling provider records the date and time slot you chose, your time zone, the email address the calendar invite is sent to, any answers you give in the booking form, and whether the invite was accepted, rescheduled or cancelled.

To respond to your enquiry, confirm your booking, send reminders, and hold and follow up on the consultation call itself.

To assess whether we are a fit for you — whether you live in a state we are licensed in, whether your situation matches the retirement income and insurance strategies we work with, and whether something outside our licence would serve you better.

To send educational material about retirement income, annuities and related topics where you have consented to receive it, and to service any policy you later place with us.

To measure and improve our advertising and this website — which ads and pages lead to enquiries, and which do not.

To meet our legal, regulatory, insurance-licensing, suitability and record-keeping obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our instructions and only for the purposes above: our customer relationship management and lead management software, our scheduling provider (Calendly), our email and SMS delivery providers, our website and form hosting providers, our analytics providers, and advertising platforms including Meta and Google for campaign measurement and audience matching. Where you proceed with an application, we share the information needed to process it with the insurance carrier or carriers you choose and with the insurance marketing organisations through which we access those carriers. We also share information with our professional advisers, and with regulators, courts or law enforcement where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. We do not rent or trade your details to third-party lead buyers.

By submitting your telephone number you give us your prior express written consent to be contacted by Secure 1 Financial Solutions, LLC at that number — including by autodialled or prerecorded call and by SMS text message — about your enquiry, your booking and the retirement and insurance topics you asked about. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and you may ask us to call you only, or not at all.

Message frequency varies and is typically no more than a few messages per month around a scheduled call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts and HELP for help, or call us on (724) 316-9747. Opting out of texts does not remove you from calls or email; ask us and we will stop those too. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run the site, plus analytics and advertising pixels. These currently include the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags, and website analytics. They tell us which advertisements and pages lead to enquiries and let us show follow-up advertising to people who have visited this site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out directly: Google advertising settings at myadcenter.google.com, Google Analytics opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, Meta ad preferences at accountscenter.facebook.com/ads, and industry opt-outs at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where they reach us.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to receive a copy of it or have it sent to another provider, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), to limit the use of sensitive information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under those laws.

Our services are intended for residents of the United States. If you contact us from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may also have rights under the UK GDPR or GDPR to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time, and to complain to your supervisory authority.

To exercise any right, email damsler@secure1fs.com or call (724) 316-9747 with enough detail for us to identify you. We will verify your request, respond within the time the applicable law allows (generally 45 days in the United States, one month under the GDPR), and will not charge you for a first reasonable request. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission. Some information must be retained where insurance or other law requires it.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and from texts by replying STOP. Requests to be added to our internal do-not-call list are honoured.

We keep enquiry and call records for as long as needed to serve you and then for the period our insurance licensing, suitability and record-keeping obligations require — generally at least five years from the end of our relationship or from the date of any policy transaction, and longer where a legal claim or regulatory matter requires it. Marketing consent records are kept for at least five years. Information we no longer need is deleted or de-identified.

We protect information with access controls, unique credentials, encrypted transmission, reputable vendors under written agreements, and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if a breach affecting your information occurs we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over who are resident in the United States, and our services are offered only in the states where we are licensed: Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Texas, New Jersey and Maryland. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact damsler@secure1fs.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our practices, tools or the law change. The revised version takes effect when posted here, and we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email or ask for consent where the law requires it.
