By accessing this site, submitting the form, or booking a call, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

Everything on this site — the video, the written content and the consultation call itself — is general education about retirement income, annuities and life insurance. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any specific product. No fiduciary, advisory or client relationship is created by visiting this site, submitting the form or attending a call. Secure 1 Financial Solutions, LLC is an insurance agency; we do not offer securities, brokerage or assets-under-management services. Consult your own tax and legal advisers before acting on anything you learn here.

We make no promise, projection or guarantee of any financial outcome, income amount, rate of return, tax result or savings. Any figures, illustrations or examples discussed are hypothetical, depend on the specific contract and carrier, and are not a prediction of your results. Product guarantees are contractual obligations of the issuing insurance carrier and depend on that carrier's claims-paying ability. Insurance products are not bank deposits, are not FDIC or NCUA insured and are not guaranteed by any bank or government agency. Past performance of any index or product is not indicative of future results.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this site or book a call. We are licensed to offer insurance products only in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Texas, New Jersey and Maryland, and we can only work with residents of those states. Our consultation calls are intended for people at or approaching retirement with roughly $250,000 or more in investable retirement savings; we may decline or redirect an enquiry where we are not the right fit, including where someone is seeking securities or assets-under-management services we are not licensed to provide.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, complete and your own, and you will correct it if it changes. Incomplete or inaccurate information may lead to unsuitable discussion or a declined application. By submitting your details you give us permission to contact you by phone, email and SMS about your enquiry and booking, as described in our Privacy Policy, including by autodialled or prerecorded call. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or tell us at damsler@secure1fs.com to stop contact entirely.

Consultation calls run approximately 15–30 minutes and are booked through our scheduler for slots Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, using the links in your confirmation email. Repeated no-shows may mean we decline further bookings. We may reschedule where something unavoidable comes up.

Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, suitability and record-keeping purposes. Where the law of your state requires the consent of all parties, we will ask for yours at the start of the call, and you may decline recording or end the call at any time.

You may not use this site to break the law; submit false, fraudulent or another person's details; impersonate anyone; upload malware; scrape, harvest or bulk-download content or data; interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; frame or resell the site; or copy, republish or use our content, branding or materials commercially without our written permission. All site content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors.

This site relies on third-party services including our scheduling provider (Calendly), video meeting software (Zoom), form and website hosting, email and SMS delivery, analytics and advertising platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, content or practices. Links to other websites, including carrier and educational sites, are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the content is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure 1 Financial Solutions, LLC and its owner, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or the content on it, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to this site or these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the insurance contract you may purchase, which is governed by its own documents and by state insurance law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Secure 1 Financial Solutions, LLC, its owner, employees, agents and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of this site, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or information you submit that is false, inaccurate or not yours to submit.

We may change these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, and may decline service, cancel a booking or block access where we believe these terms have been breached or where we are not licensed or able to help. Sections 2, 3, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or this site, and each of us consents to venue there. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the site.
